Coffee Souffle With Mocha Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Coffee 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Egg separated 3
- Cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
- Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
For Mocha Sauce:
- Water 1/2 cup
- Coffee 2 tbsp
- Chocolates chips 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Whisk milk, sugar, coffee, corn flour and egg yolks in saucepan until smooth.
- Now cook it on medium flame by stirring it until mixture is thick.
- Then take out in bowl and add vanilla essence.
- Now beat egg whites separately.
- Beat fresh cream separately.
- Now fold egg whites and cream in cold custard and set in fridge for 2 hours.
- Then take it out, decorate with pipe cream and drizzle with mocha sauce.
- For mocha sauce: Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook it.
- Also stir it until sauce is thick.
