Ingredients:
- Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 12
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 8
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
For Batter:
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Gram flour 4 tbsp
- Rice flour 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Green masala (ground) 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grind coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves with yogurt and egg.
- Now marinate chicken with this mixture.
- Then steam it for 20 minutes until it is approx ready.
- Then take it out and cool it.
- For batter: Make batter of all ingredients.
- Then dip chicken in batter and deep fry it.
- Then sprinkle chaat masala.
