Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Cakes pieces 1 cup
  • Rafhan custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Pineapple slices 1 tin
  • Rafhan jelly 1 packet
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Cook milk on low flame.
  2. When it boils, put sugar and corn flour dissolved in water and cool it.
  3. Then cook custard and freeze it.
  4. Put cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence in pot and beat it.
  5. Then put pineapple slice in big bowl.
  6. Now mix custard and cream mixture in this bowl.
  7. Then add custard slices and cool it.
