Crispy Fried Potato Sticks by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut boiled potatoes into pieces and put in mixing bowl.
  2. Now add rice flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cardamom powder and salt and mix it.
  3. Then skew potatoes in bbq skewers, deep fry it and serve with vegetables.
