Crispy Fried Potato Sticks by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut boiled potatoes into pieces and put in mixing bowl.
- Now add rice flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cardamom powder and salt and mix it.
- Then skew potatoes in bbq skewers, deep fry it and serve with vegetables.
