Creamy Doodh Katliyan by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- China grass 50 gm
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 2 cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Kewra essence few drops
For Garnish:
- Cream 2 cup
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Chocolate powder 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put water and China grass in pot and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- When grass is dissolved, keep it aside.
- Now cook milk in pan.
- Then add sugar, khoya and kewra essence, mix it nicely and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Then put grass mixture and cook until mixture is thick.
- When mixture is thick, put in tray and set it.
- Then mix garnish ingredients in mixing bowl, garnish it, cut katliyan and serve.
