Ingredients:

  • Curry leaves 20-25
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Whole red chilies 8-10
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and put all ingredients except tamarind pulp and crackle it.
  2. Then add all ingredients with tamarind pulp in grinder jug and grind it.
  3. Curry patta chutney is ready.
