Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas 4
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Boneless chicken strips 300 gm
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp

For Sour Cream:

  • Cream 1 packet
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp

For Salsa:

  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken strips with garlic, black pepper, red chilies and cumin.
  2. For chicken: Heat oil, add marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Now spread tortillas and spread cooked chicken, cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
  4. Then roll tortillas, press it edges and shallow fry in frying pan until golden.
  5. Then serve with sour cream and salsa.
