Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas 4
- Cream cheese 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Boneless chicken strips 300 gm
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
For Sour Cream:
- Cream 1 packet
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
For Salsa:
- Tomatoes 3
- Onions 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken strips with garlic, black pepper, red chilies and cumin.
- For chicken: Heat oil, add marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now spread tortillas and spread cooked chicken, cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
- Then roll tortillas, press it edges and shallow fry in frying pan until golden.
- Then serve with sour cream and salsa.
