Stuffed Mince Naan by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Flour 4 cups
- Crushed garlic 4 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Milk 1-1/2 cups
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 3 oz
- Garlic powder 1 pinch
For Filling:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Bihari masala 1/2 packet
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
Method:
- Marinate mince with ginger garlic, raw papaya, bihari masala, yogurt and green chilies.
- Now heat oil and cook mince until it tender.
- For naan: Mix flour, crushed garlic, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and milk, knead it and make medium dough.
- Then put some oil on dough, cover with wet cloth and leave for 1 hour.
- Now press dough and divide into 2 portions.
- Then melt butter, press dough with hands, spread melted butter and sprinkle flour.
- Then roll dough again and leave for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven on 250 degrees C.
- Now roll dough in thin rectangular shape.
- Now spread on greased tray, keep mince filling in center, cut sides of dough with knife and turn like braided bread.
- Then brush with melted butter and garlic powder and bake for 15-20 minutes.
