Ingredients:
- Puff pastry dough 300 gm
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Chopped mix vegetables 200 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, mix vegetables, beef mince, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and salt and roast it until water dries.
- Then take it out and cool it.
- Now roll puff pastry dough, spread mince mixture and roll it.
- Then cut into pieces as required.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes, take it out and serve with chutney.
