Tuna Noodle Casserole by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Tuna fish drained 1 can
  • Egg noodles boiled 1 packet
  • Crushed red chilies as required
  • Black & green olives few
  • Gherkin chopped 1
  • Dill chopped 1 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt & Black pepper to taste
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Make white sauce by melting butter, add in flour, salt, pepper and mustard and whisk in milk and let cool till thick.
  2. Add in crushed red chilies, dill and tuna and set aside.
  3. Boil egg noodles in salt and oil and drain water.
  4. Put egg noodles in platter and add tuna white sauce mixture over it and top with chopped olives and gherkins.
  5. Serve immediately.
