Tuna Noodle Casserole by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Tuna fish drained 1 can
- Egg noodles boiled 1 packet
- Crushed red chilies as required
- Black & green olives few
- Gherkin chopped 1
- Dill chopped 1 tbsp
For White Sauce:
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
- Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Make white sauce by melting butter, add in flour, salt, pepper and mustard and whisk in milk and let cool till thick.
- Add in crushed red chilies, dill and tuna and set aside.
- Boil egg noodles in salt and oil and drain water.
- Put egg noodles in platter and add tuna white sauce mixture over it and top with chopped olives and gherkins.
- Serve immediately.
