Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 6
- Potatoes 3
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Egg white 3
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make bhurta of potatoes.
- Then mix salt and black pepper in half bhurta.
- Then boil eggs and cut into long.
- Then take some potato bhurta, keep egg in center of it and make cutlets.
- Then dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
- When all are ready, fry on low flame, when golden and take out on paper so that oil absorbs.
- Then sprinkle green coriander and chaat masala and serve hot.
