Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast 440 gm
  • Oyster sauce 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Onion sliced 1 large
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White sugar 1 tsp
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Carrots 2
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with oyster sauce and soya sauce and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat vegetable oil in frying pan on high flame and fry garlic and onion for 1 minute.
  3. Then fry chicken with marination until chicken is ready.
  4. Now add 1/2 cup water and put black pepper and sugar.
  5. Then put carrot and cauliflower, cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now dissolved corn flour in 1/4 cup water in bowl, add in chicken mixture and cook until corn flour make sauce thick.
