Mixed Fried Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken breast strips 1/2 cup
- Prawns 8-10
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Carrot chopped 1
- Spring onion leaves 1 cup
- Peas boiled 1/4 cup
- Eggs 2
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken and prawns with salt, white pepper and 1 tbsp soya sauce and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in wok, put beaten eggs and marinated chicken and prawns and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Now put onion, carrot, green onion, peas with boiled rice, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt and white pepper, mix it nicely and serve.
