Meat Kibbeh Akras by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince (with fat) 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Corns tin 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 4-5 tbsp
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1-2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
  2. Then add 1/4 kg mince and roast it.
  3. Then add corn, black pepper, red chili, all spice powder and salt, mix it nicely and cook until mince dries.
  4. Now remove it and cool it.
  5. Now put 1/4 kg mince, 2-3 garlic cloves, eggs, bread crumbs, olive oil and salt in chopper and mix it.
  6. Then put some oil in hands.
  7. Make balls of batter and fill with mince mixture.
  8. Then heat oil in pan and fry on low flame.
  9. Then take out in dish and serve.
