Chicken Chaat by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 200 gm
- All spice 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Knorr chicken soup stock 1
Method:
- Wash chicken nicely.
- Now mix turmeric, red chilies, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, chaat masala, salt and all spice in yogurt and make paste.
- Then marinate chicken with this paste for 1 hour.
- Then grease baking tray, preheat oven and bake chicken for 15 minutes.
- Then serve with salad and ketchup.
