Tomato Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Brown onions 1/2 cup
- Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1-1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes sliced 5
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Mint chopped 8-10
For Bhagar:
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- Crushed garlic 1/4 tsp
- Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
Method:
- Chop mince with ginger garlic, green chilies, red pepper, brown onions, cumin, black pepper, salt, oil, coriander leaves, green chilies and mint in chopper and leave it for 2 hours.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- Then make seekh kabab.
- Then spread tomato sliced in big pan and spread layer of seekh kabab.
- Now cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes and stir pan interval by interval.
- Then sprinkle coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies, simmer it for 5 minutes and give bhagar.
