Tomato Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Brown onions 1/2 cup
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes sliced 5
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Mint chopped 8-10

For Bhagar:

  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Chop mince with ginger garlic, green chilies, red pepper, brown onions, cumin, black pepper, salt, oil, coriander leaves, green chilies and mint in chopper and leave it for 2 hours.
  2. Then give smoke of coal.
  3. Then make seekh kabab.
  4. Then spread tomato sliced in big pan and spread layer of seekh kabab.
  5. Now cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes and stir pan interval by interval.
  6. Then sprinkle coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies, simmer it for 5 minutes and give bhagar.
