Laal Sabzi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Beet root 250 gm
- Carrots 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Potatoes 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Cloves 2-3
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut beet root into small pieces and boil until it is ready.
- Then take it out.
- Now cut potatoes, tomatoes and carrot into small pieces.
- Then heat oil, put garlic and cinnamon and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add all vegetables and fry it nicely.
- Then put salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and cloves, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add green chilies, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
