Ingredients:

  • Beet root 250 gm
  • Carrots 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Potatoes 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut beet root into small pieces and boil until it is ready.
  2. Then take it out.
  3. Now cut potatoes, tomatoes and carrot into small pieces.
  4. Then heat oil, put garlic and cinnamon and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add all vegetables and fry it nicely.
  6. Then put salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and cloves, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Then add green chilies, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
