Salti Lassi by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Yogurt 3 cups
- Cold water 1 cup
- Green chili finely chopped 1
- Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh mint leaves to decorate
- Crushed ice to serve
Method:
- Blend yogurt and water.
- Add in chili, cumin, season to taste with salt and pepper and blend together.
- Serve over crushed ice.
- Garnish with sprinkle cumin powder and finely chopped mint.
