Sweet Lassi by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chilled yogurt 2 cups
- Chilled water or milk 1-1/2 cups
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Rose water 2 tsp
- Ice cubes 6-8
- Sliced dry fruits 2 tbsp
Method:
- Whisk yogurt well and add sugar and water or milk.
- Now add cardamom powder and few saffron strands, as a substitute for cardamom powder, you can also add 2 tsp of rose water.
- Pour lassi in tall glasses and serve.
- Decorate with pinch or two of cardamom powder, saffron strands and sliced dry fruits.
