Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Fresh cream 2 cups
  • Egg yolks 4
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Corn syrup 3 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread 3 tbsp
  • Melted chocolate 7 oz
  • Hazelnut essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat fresh cream until stuff.
  2. Then keep in fridge.
  3. Beat egg yolks until creamy.
  4. Now add hazelnut essence.
  5. Put sugar and water in saucepan and cook until sugar melts and it boils.
  6. Now remove from stove, add in egg mixture gradually gradually and beat it until thick.
  7. Then fold beaten cream and melted chocolate and put in piping cream.
  8. Now pipe on cup cake rappers and chill it.
