Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Fresh cream 2 cups
- Egg yolks 4
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Corn syrup 3 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Chocolate hazelnut spread 3 tbsp
- Melted chocolate 7 oz
- Hazelnut essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Beat fresh cream until stuff.
- Then keep in fridge.
- Beat egg yolks until creamy.
- Now add hazelnut essence.
- Put sugar and water in saucepan and cook until sugar melts and it boils.
- Now remove from stove, add in egg mixture gradually gradually and beat it until thick.
- Then fold beaten cream and melted chocolate and put in piping cream.
- Now pipe on cup cake rappers and chill it.
