Sesame Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Water 2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Chicken boneless cubes 4
- Oil for frying
- Water 1/2 cup
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Corn flour 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Red chili paste 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Method:
- Put soya sauce, sesame oil, flour, corn flour, water, baking powder, baking soda and oil in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now put chicken cubes and keep in fridge for 20 minutes.
- Then heat oil, put water, chicken stock, vinegar, corn flour, sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil, red chili paste and garlic and stir it until it boils.
- Now marinated chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Then take out in paper and keep in platter.
- Now sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
