Eggless Mango Mousse by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mango puree 2 cup
- Nestle milk pack cream 2 cup
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
- Water 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix mango puree and sugar, cook it and cool it.
- Now beat cream.
- Then dissolve gelatin powder in water.
- Then fold all ingredients.
- Then garnish with mango and mint leaves and serve.
