Ingredients:
- Rice grounded 1/2 cup
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Pink food color 1 pinch
- Rose leaves 1 cup
- Rose water 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Nestle milk pack cream 1 packet
- Almond grounded 1/2 cup
- Cashew nut and almonds 100 gm
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Red syrup 4 tbsp
- Green syrup 4 tbsp
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- Cook milk.
- Now put rice.
- When thick, put sugar, cardamom, rose water, 1/2 cup almonds and cream and close stove.
- Then divide vermicelli into 2 portions.
- Soak one portion in red syrup and second portion in green syrup.
- Then put firni and green vermicelli.
- Then put firni and red vermicelli.
- Then put firni, garnish with cashew nuts, almonds and silver paper and serve.
