Salsa Pasta by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Boiled ridget elbow pasta 2 cups
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato 2
- Capsicum 1
- Green chilies 4-5
- Garlic cloves 2
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Lemon juice 1/2
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves as required
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onion and saute it.
- Then add tomato, capsicum, green chilies, tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, red chili and lemon juice and saute it nicely.
- Then cook tomato little and thick salsa.
- Then add sugar and coriander leaves.
- Then put boiled pasta and serve.
