Salsa Pasta by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Boiled ridget elbow pasta 2 cups
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onion and saute it.
  2. Then add tomato, capsicum, green chilies, tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, red chili and lemon juice and saute it nicely.
  3. Then cook tomato little and thick salsa.
  4. Then add sugar and coriander leaves.
  5. Then put boiled pasta and serve.
