Ingredients:
- Maize flour 1-1/2 cup
- Maida 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Dried parsley 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Lukewarm water for mixing dough
Method:
- Strain maize flour and maida.
- Then mix oil, salt, parsley and red chilies.
- Then add lukewarm water and make soft dough.
- Now make small small portions of dough, roll it in 9-10 inch round.
- Then make hole with knife.
- Now fry roti on both sides on hot grill.
- Now remove form grill and cut in shape of chips.
- Now heat oil and deep fry chips until golden brown.
- Then take out in kitchen paper and dry it.
- Then serve with salsa and sour cream.
