Ingredients:

  • Maize flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Dried parsley 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water for mixing dough

Method:

  1. Strain maize flour and maida.
  2. Then mix oil, salt, parsley and red chilies.
  3. Then add lukewarm water and make soft dough.
  4. Now make small small portions of dough, roll it in 9-10 inch round.
  5. Then make hole with knife.
  6. Now fry roti on both sides on hot grill.
  7. Now remove form grill and cut in shape of chips.
  8. Now heat oil and deep fry chips until golden brown.
  9. Then take out in kitchen paper and dry it.
  10. Then serve with salsa and sour cream.
