Jumbo Prawn With Curry Sauce by Chef Irfan Wasti

Ingredients:
- Jumbo prawns 1/2 kg
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Egg whites 3
- Oil 1 cup
- Corn flour as required
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Put egg whites, corn flour and salt in blender, blend it and put oil gradually gradually.
- When all oil finish and thick batter is ready, put flour and mix it.
- Now put garlic paste, salt, green chilies, white pepper and lemon juice on prawns and mix it.
- Now dip in eggs batter and fry on low flame.
