Fried Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1/4 cup
  • Tarragon 1/4 cup
  • Sage 1 tsp
  • Boneless chicken breast 2
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Garlic salt 1 tsp
  • Onion salt 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder as required
  • Kashmir oil fro frying
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put milk and lemon juice in bowl, mix it and keep it.
  2. Put onion powder, parsley, tarragon, sage and cayenne pepper in second bowl.
  3. Marinate chicken in milk mixture and keep in fridge for 8 hours.
  4. Now min flour, garlic salt, onion salt, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
  5. Mix milk and eggs in bowl.
  6. Heat oil in pan, put flour and roast it.
  7. Now cut chicken in flour.
  8. Dip in egg mixture.
  9. Then coat in flour nicely.
  10. Then fry in oil and keep it aside.
  11. Now heat oil in pan, put flour and milk and cook until it becomes gravy.
  12. Now cook for 5 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and serve.
