Fried Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cup
- Lemon juice 1
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Parsley 1/4 cup
- Tarragon 1/4 cup
- Sage 1 tsp
- Boneless chicken breast 2
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Garlic salt 1 tsp
- Onion salt 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Eggs 2
- Milk 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder as required
- Kashmir oil fro frying
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Put milk and lemon juice in bowl, mix it and keep it.
- Put onion powder, parsley, tarragon, sage and cayenne pepper in second bowl.
- Marinate chicken in milk mixture and keep in fridge for 8 hours.
- Now min flour, garlic salt, onion salt, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
- Mix milk and eggs in bowl.
- Heat oil in pan, put flour and roast it.
- Now cut chicken in flour.
- Dip in egg mixture.
- Then coat in flour nicely.
- Then fry in oil and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in pan, put flour and milk and cook until it becomes gravy.
- Now cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper and serve.
