Aloo Tikki by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chopped onion 1
- Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
- Coriander 3 tbsp
- Chopped green chili 2
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Kashmir oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Frying Patty:
- Mashed potatoes 2 cup
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For filling: Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Now put peas, green chilies, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt and mashed potatoes and knead it nicely.
- Divide aloo mixture into 2 portions.
- Then make balls with hand and fill mixture in it.
- Now press with hands and fry in hot oil.
