Chicken & Potato Curry by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Nestle yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed green chili 6
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Salt 1-1/2 cup
  • Red chili pepper 1-1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, green chilies and salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Now cut potato, tomatoes and onion into round pieces.
  3. Then heat oil and put cumin.
  4. When aroma comes, add potato and fry it.
  5. Now put ginger garlic, turmeric, whole spice and red chili pepper and keep chicken on top.
  6. Then keep tomato and onion.
  7. Then put coriander, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Chicken & potato curry is ready.
