Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Fried onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Apricot 1/2 cup
- Almonds 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
- Raisins 20 gm
- Plum 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Cinnamon 2-3
- Cloves 3-4
- Green cardamom powder 4-5
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, put cinnamon, cloves and cardamom powder and crackle it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and beef mince and roast it.
- Now add tomatoes, mix coriander powder, red chili powder, all spice powder, black pepper and salt nicely and roast it.
- Then add yogurt and mix it nicely.
- Yogurt absorb, add 1 fried onion, apricots, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins and plum, mix it nicely and cook it until it comes in shape of paste.
- Then add 1 fried onion, mix it, dish out and serve.
