Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Fried onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Apricot 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 20 gm
  • Plum 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Cinnamon 2-3
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Green cardamom powder 4-5
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, put cinnamon, cloves and cardamom powder and crackle it.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and beef mince and roast it.
  3. Now add tomatoes, mix coriander powder, red chili powder, all spice powder, black pepper and salt nicely and roast it.
  4. Then add yogurt and mix it nicely.
  5. Yogurt absorb, add 1 fried onion, apricots, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins and plum, mix it nicely and cook it until it comes in shape of paste.
  6. Then add 1 fried onion, mix it, dish out and serve.
