Ingredients:

For Cake:

  • Mango pulp 3 cup
  • Milk 250 gm
  • Cream 2 cup
  • China grass 25 gm
  • Icing sugar 2 cup
  • Butter as required

For Cake Base:

  • Biscuits as required
  • Butter 1 cup

For Topping:

  • Mango cubes 2 cup
  • China grass 10 gm
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put biscuits and butter in chopper and mix it.
  2. For cake: Dissolve 25 gm China grass in 1 cup water.
  3. Then put cream, milk, icing sugar and mango pulp, mix it nicely and cook until thick.
  4. Now grease cake mold with butter and set base with biscuit mixture.
  5. Then put mixture and cool on room temperature.
  6. Then cool this mixture in fridge.
  7. For topping: Dissolve China grass in water.
  8. Then ad icing sugar and mango cubes and mix it.
  9. Take out cake from fridge, put topping and keep cake again in fridge.
  10. Now take out cake from fridge and serve.
