Mango Cake by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Cake:
- Mango pulp 3 cup
- Milk 250 gm
- Cream 2 cup
- China grass 25 gm
- Icing sugar 2 cup
- Butter as required
For Cake Base:
- Biscuits as required
- Butter 1 cup
For Topping:
- Mango cubes 2 cup
- China grass 10 gm
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put biscuits and butter in chopper and mix it.
- For cake: Dissolve 25 gm China grass in 1 cup water.
- Then put cream, milk, icing sugar and mango pulp, mix it nicely and cook until thick.
- Now grease cake mold with butter and set base with biscuit mixture.
- Then put mixture and cool on room temperature.
- Then cool this mixture in fridge.
- For topping: Dissolve China grass in water.
- Then ad icing sugar and mango cubes and mix it.
- Take out cake from fridge, put topping and keep cake again in fridge.
- Now take out cake from fridge and serve.
