Beef Cheese Kabab by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef mince (double grinded) 1/2 kg
- Fat 1/2 cup
- Hung curd 1-2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped green chilies 3-4
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
- Grated mozzarella cheese 200 gm
- Capsicum slice 1
- Tomato slice 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind beef mince and fat finely.
- Repeat this step 2-3 times.
- Then add yogurt, all spice powder, cumin powder, red chilies, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, eggs and bread crumbs and mix it nicely.
- Now leave it for a while.
- Then make tikkiyan of kabab and fry in oil on low flame.
- Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese on kabab.
- Then keep capsicum and tomato and bake in preheated oven.
- Then take out kabab in serving dish and serve with vegetables.
