Beef Cheese Kabab by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince (double grinded) 1/2 kg
  • Fat 1/2 cup
  • Hung curd 1-2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Capsicum slice 1
  • Tomato slice 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind beef mince and fat finely.
  2. Repeat this step 2-3 times.
  3. Then add yogurt, all spice powder, cumin powder, red chilies, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, eggs and bread crumbs and mix it nicely.
  4. Now leave it for a while.
  5. Then make tikkiyan of kabab and fry in oil on low flame.
  6. Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese on kabab.
  7. Then keep capsicum and tomato and bake in preheated oven.
  8. Then take out kabab in serving dish and serve with vegetables.
