Corn Capsicum Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Corn 1-1/2 cups
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
- Onion cubes 1/2 cup
- Tomato cubes 1/4 cup
- Paneer 1/4 cup
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper to taste
For Garnish:
- Finely chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add green chilies and ginger and saute for few seconds.
- Add onions and saute for 1 minute.
- Add capsicum and saute.
- Add corn and tomatoes.
- Add paneer, chaat masala and salt, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately and garnished with coriander.
