Corn Capsicum Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Corn 1-1/2 cups
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Onion cubes 1/2 cup
  • Tomato cubes 1/4 cup
  • Paneer 1/4 cup
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • Finely chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add green chilies and ginger and saute for few seconds.
  2. Add onions and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add capsicum and saute.
  4. Add corn and tomatoes.
  5. Add paneer, chaat masala and salt, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve immediately and garnished with coriander.
