Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Pita bread 8
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Cottage cheese grated 1 packet
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Water as required
Method:
- Dissolve flour in little water.
- Now wash potatoes nicely, boil it, peel it and make bharta with knife.
- Then put red chili, black pepper, green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice, cottage cheese and salt and mix it.
- Then take 1 pita bread, spread mixture, leave edges and spread wet flour.
- Then put second pita bread, press it and close edges.
- Now heat tawa, fry it, put some oil and fry until golden brown.
- Serve parathay with chili sauce.
