Rajasthani Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and mutton and fry it nicely.
  2. Now put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
  3. Then add yogurt and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put all spice and 1 cup water, cover it and cook until mutton is ready.
  5. Now garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger slices.
