Rajasthani Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion chopped 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and mutton and fry it nicely.
- Now put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
- Then add yogurt and fry it nicely.
- Then put all spice and 1 cup water, cover it and cook until mutton is ready.
- Now garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger slices.
