Frozen Paratha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Powder milk 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Master puff 200 gm
- Ghee 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mic flour, salt, baking powder and powder milk and knead with lukewarm water.
- Now beat master puff and keep it aside.
- Now make Swiss rolls with dough, spread master muff and roll it again.
- Now roll thin like parathay shape, spread plastic sheet, cover with other plastic sheet and keep in fridge.
- When need, use it.
