Boneless Creamy Chicken Handi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Almond paste 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg and Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Almonds as required
  • Ghee 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat handi and fry onion paste.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
  3. Then put chicken and roast it.
  4. Now mix black pepper, white pepper, cumin powder, all spice powder, nutmeg, mace, coriander powder, green chili and salt in yogurt, add in chicken and cook it.
  5. Then add water as required, add almond paste and cook until chicken tender.
  6. When handi leaves oil, add cream, mix it and dish out it.
  7. Then garnish with almonds slices and serve it.
