Ingredients:

  • Colored vermicelli 1 packet
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Crushed green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Dried dates slices 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Red syrup as required
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan and crackle green cardamom.
  2. Then add vermicelli and roast it.
  3. Dissolve milk, dry dates and sugar in second pot.
  4. Now crush khoya with hands and add it.
  5. When milk is thick, add dry fruits, mix it, add vermicelli and mix it.
  6. Then dish out it, garnish with dry fruits and red syrup and serve.
