Ingredients:
- Colored vermicelli 1 packet
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 125 gm
- Khoya 125 gm
- Crushed green cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Dried dates slices 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Red syrup as required
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan and crackle green cardamom.
- Then add vermicelli and roast it.
- Dissolve milk, dry dates and sugar in second pot.
- Now crush khoya with hands and add it.
- When milk is thick, add dry fruits, mix it, add vermicelli and mix it.
- Then dish out it, garnish with dry fruits and red syrup and serve.
