Red Lentil Soup by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Vegetable stock 4 cups
- Whole red lentils 20 gm
- Garlic sliced 3 cloves
- Cumin ground 3/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper 1 bunch
- Red capsicum chopped 2
Method:
- Put vegetable stock, red lentils, garlic, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in big saucepan.
- Keep red capsicum for garnish.
- Add remaining saucepan and cook for 15-20 minutes until lentil is soft.
- When serve, add red capsicum.
