Ingredients:

  • Vegetable stock 4 cups
  • Whole red lentils 20 gm
  • Garlic sliced 3 cloves
  • Cumin ground 3/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cayenne pepper 1 bunch
  • Red capsicum chopped 2

Method:

  1. Put vegetable stock, red lentils, garlic, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in big saucepan.
  2. Keep red capsicum for garnish.
  3. Add remaining saucepan and cook for 15-20 minutes until lentil is soft.
  4. When serve, add red capsicum.
