Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 125 gm
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped green onion 2 bunches
- Onion 2
- Chopped green chilies 8
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Lemons 6
- Samosa wraps 12
For Curry:
- Coconut powder 2 packets
- Green chilies 3
- Curry leaves 2-3
- Gram flour 4 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix red chilies and carom seeds and roast it.
- For curry: Mix coconut powder, 2-3 cups water, gram flour, curry leaves, green chilies and turmeric in pot and cook it.
- When it 2 boils, add salt and remove it.
- Now mix beef mince, oil, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes and all spice powder in pot and cook it.
- Then roast it nicely and remove it.
- Then deep fry samosa wraps and keep on tissue.
- Then deep fry garlic until golden brown and take it out.
- When serve, serve coconut curry, samosa wraps, green onion, onion, green chilies, green coriander, carom seeds, lemons and fried garlic cloves separate.
- Keep all ingredients in separate bowls.
- Keep big plates for serving.
