Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 125 gm
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped green onion 2 bunches
  • Onion 2
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemons 6
  • Samosa wraps 12

For Curry:

  • Coconut powder 2 packets
  • Green chilies 3
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix red chilies and carom seeds and roast it.
  2. For curry: Mix coconut powder, 2-3 cups water, gram flour, curry leaves, green chilies and turmeric in pot and cook it.
  3. When it 2 boils, add salt and remove it.
  4. Now mix beef mince, oil, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes and all spice powder in pot and cook it.
  5. Then roast it nicely and remove it.
  6. Then deep fry samosa wraps and keep on tissue.
  7. Then deep fry garlic until golden brown and take it out.
  8. When serve, serve coconut curry, samosa wraps, green onion, onion, green chilies, green coriander, carom seeds, lemons and fried garlic cloves separate.
  9. Keep all ingredients in separate bowls.
  10. Keep big plates for serving.
