Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Biscuits 2 cups
  • Melted butter 250 gm

For Savory Cheese Cake Mixture:

  • Curd cheese 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Bottle cream cheese 4 tbsp

More Ingredients:

  • Onion chopped 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • Boiled & shredded chicken 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Grated carrot 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber finely cubes 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Keep cake rings in serving platter, mix biscuits and butter and cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. For cheese cake mixture: Mix curd cheese, cream, lemon juice and cream cheese and keep it aside.
  3. Now dissolve gelatin in water.
  4. Then mix this mixture in onion, spring onion, carrot, cucumber and chicken.
  5. Now put this mixture on biscuit base and set in fridge for 1 hours.
