Ingredients:
For Base:
- Biscuits 2 cups
- Melted butter 250 gm
For Savory Cheese Cake Mixture:
- Curd cheese 1 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Bottle cream cheese 4 tbsp
More Ingredients:
- Onion chopped 2 tsp
- Garlic powder 2 tbsp
- Boiled & shredded chicken 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 2 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Grated carrot 2 tbsp
- Cucumber finely cubes 1/2 cup
- Gelatin 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
Method:
- Keep cake rings in serving platter, mix biscuits and butter and cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
- For cheese cake mixture: Mix curd cheese, cream, lemon juice and cream cheese and keep it aside.
- Now dissolve gelatin in water.
- Then mix this mixture in onion, spring onion, carrot, cucumber and chicken.
- Now put this mixture on biscuit base and set in fridge for 1 hours.
