Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 250 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamoms 4-5
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Min gulab jamun 4-6
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Silver paper as required
  • Ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. Clean rice and soak for 2-3 hours.
  2. Then boil with kewra essence 1/4.
  3. Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamoms.
  4. Now add water as required and sugar and cook it.
  5. When sugar dissolves, add rice, yellow food color and khoya and mix it.
  6. Nod divide rice into 3 portions.
  7. Add green color, yellow color, yellow food color and dry fruits in separate portions.
  8. Then mix it again and simmer it.
  9. When simmer is completed, add gulab jamun, dish out, garnish with silver paper and serve.
