Ingredients:
- Sela rice 250 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Green cardamoms 4-5
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Green color 1 pinch
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Min gulab jamun 4-6
- Kewra essence few drops
- Silver paper as required
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Clean rice and soak for 2-3 hours.
- Then boil with kewra essence 1/4.
- Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamoms.
- Now add water as required and sugar and cook it.
- When sugar dissolves, add rice, yellow food color and khoya and mix it.
- Nod divide rice into 3 portions.
- Add green color, yellow color, yellow food color and dry fruits in separate portions.
- Then mix it again and simmer it.
- When simmer is completed, add gulab jamun, dish out, garnish with silver paper and serve.
