Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped spinach 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped dil 2 bunches
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped fenugreek 6 bunches
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped onions 2
  • Finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash spinach, fenugreek leaves and dil nicely, put in water with turmeric and soak washed saag for 20 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
  3. Then put 1 tsp turmeric, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste, roast it lightly and add mince and salt.
  4. When water dries, put saag and green chilies.
  5. When water of saag dries, roast it again and simmer it.
  6. Then put coriander and serve.
