Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped spinach 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped dil 2 bunches
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped fenugreek 6 bunches
- Green chilies 6
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped onions 2
- Finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Wash spinach, fenugreek leaves and dil nicely, put in water with turmeric and soak washed saag for 20 minutes.
- Now heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
- Then put 1 tsp turmeric, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste, roast it lightly and add mince and salt.
- When water dries, put saag and green chilies.
- When water of saag dries, roast it again and simmer it.
- Then put coriander and serve.
