Ingredients:

  • Sponge cake 3 eggs

For Sponge:

  • Eggs 3
  • Caster sugar 3 oz
  • Flour 3 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

For Assemble:

  • Egg whites 2
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Caster sugar2 oz
  • Cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
  • Fruit cocktail 1 cup
  • Chocolate bunties for topping

Method:

  1. Put sponge in oven proof dish.
  2. Put ice cream with fruit cocktail on top.
  3. Now beat egg whites with caster sugar until fluffy.
  4. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 5 minutes and take it out.
  5. Put chocolate bunties and serve immediately.
