Kharay Masalay Ky Pasanday by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Pasanday 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Whole peppercorns 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black cardamoms 3-4
- Cinnamon 2-3
- Cloves 4-6
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger finely Julian 1 inch
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add black peppercorns, cumin seeds, black cardamoms, cloves and bay leaves and crackle it.
- Then add onion and garlic and fry it,
- When onion is brown, add pasanday and roast it.
- Now add red chilies, mix it nicely and roast it.
- When pasanday tender, add green chilies and coriander leaves and simmer it.
- When simmer is completed, remove from stove and serve in dish.
