Ingredients:

  • Candi biscuits crushed 2-1/2 cups
  • Butter 4 oz

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Whipped cream 200 gm
  • Fruit cocktail 1 large can
  • Suree coconut cream 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Tutti frutti essence 1/2 tsp
  • Orange jelly 1 packet
  • Water 3/4 cup

Method:

  1. Mix biscuits in butter and spread in rectangular pyrex dish.
  2. For filling: Beat cream cheese with caster sugar, tutti frutti essence and coconut cream.
  3. Now fold in whipped cream and spread mixture on base of biscuit.
  4. Put fruit cocktail.
  5. Then brush orange jelly dissolved in water and serve cold.
