Ingredients:
- Candi biscuits crushed 2-1/2 cups
- Butter 4 oz
For Filling:
- Cream cheese 200 gm
- Whipped cream 200 gm
- Fruit cocktail 1 large can
- Suree coconut cream 1/2 cup
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Tutti frutti essence 1/2 tsp
- Orange jelly 1 packet
- Water 3/4 cup
Method:
- Mix biscuits in butter and spread in rectangular pyrex dish.
- For filling: Beat cream cheese with caster sugar, tutti frutti essence and coconut cream.
- Now fold in whipped cream and spread mixture on base of biscuit.
- Put fruit cocktail.
- Then brush orange jelly dissolved in water and serve cold.
