Chatpatay Fried Chicken by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Gram flour 5 tbsp
Method:
- Boil chicken in water until water dries.
- Now mix vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, egg, red pepper, red chili powder, coriander, cumin and gram flour.
- Then marinate chicken with this paste for 30 minutes.
- Then coat with bread crumbs and sesame seeds mixture and deep fry it.
- Then keep on salad leaves and serve with tamarind chutney.
