Mint Raita by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Yogurt 3 cups
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Green chili finely chopped 1
- Roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make paste of mint leaves using very little water.
- Add mint paste and green chili to whipped curd.
- Add roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper, sugar and black salt to it.
- Mix it well.
- Serve chilled with biryani.
