Ingredients:

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 14/ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Lemon grass 2 tbsp
  • Lime leaves 5
  • Sliced dry galangal 1 cm
  • Coconut milk 2 cup
  • Palm sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put coriander powder, salt, turmeric, ginger, garlic, onion and chili pepper in food processor and make paste.
  2. Put oil in pan and heat it.
  3. Then put meat and do brown on both sides.
  4. Now put lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal and water and cook until meat tender.
  5. Now put coconut milk, palm sugar, lemon juice and masalay paste, cook it and low flame.
  6. When some oil comes up, cook it.
  7. When meat is dark brown, take out in dish and serve with rice.
