Ingredients:
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 14/ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 4 cloves
- Chopped onion 4
- Chili pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Lemon grass 2 tbsp
- Lime leaves 5
- Sliced dry galangal 1 cm
- Coconut milk 2 cup
- Palm sugar 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put coriander powder, salt, turmeric, ginger, garlic, onion and chili pepper in food processor and make paste.
- Put oil in pan and heat it.
- Then put meat and do brown on both sides.
- Now put lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal and water and cook until meat tender.
- Now put coconut milk, palm sugar, lemon juice and masalay paste, cook it and low flame.
- When some oil comes up, cook it.
- When meat is dark brown, take out in dish and serve with rice.
