Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 300 gm
- Boiled eggs 3
- Tofu 300 gm
- Sesame oil as required
- Chinese cabbage 1/2
- Tomatoes 2
- Cucumber 1
- Beans sprouts 1
- Eye chili 1
For Sauce:
- Garlic 1/2 tbsp
- Palm sugar 50 gm
- Peanut butter 120 gm
- Red chilies 1-2
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel potatoes, put in salt water and boil it.
- Then cut into slice.
- Boil eggs and cut into 2 pieces.
- Now cut tofu into cubes and fry in oil until brown.
- Cut tomato and take out seeds.
- Now boil cabbage in salted water.
- Then put cold water and take it out.
- Serve with salt and peanut sauce.
- For peanut sauce: Blend all ingredients and serve it.
