Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 300 gm
  • Boiled eggs 3
  • Tofu 300 gm
  • Sesame oil as required
  • Chinese cabbage 1/2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Beans sprouts 1
  • Eye chili 1

For Sauce:

  • Garlic 1/2 tbsp
  • Palm sugar 50 gm
  • Peanut butter 120 gm
  • Red chilies 1-2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes, put in salt water and boil it.
  2. Then cut into slice.
  3. Boil eggs and cut into 2 pieces.
  4. Now cut tofu into cubes and fry in oil until brown.
  5. Cut tomato and take out seeds.
  6. Now boil cabbage in salted water.
  7. Then put cold water and take it out.
  8. Serve with salt and peanut sauce.
  9. For peanut sauce: Blend all ingredients and serve it.
